About the job
We’re looking for a Community Manager. In this role, you will be responsible creating a safe space and growing our community.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with developers through forums, social media, and community events. Respond to questions, facilitate discussions, and champion developer needs internally.
- Advocacy & Evangelism: Plan and represent us at online events, meetups, webinars, and hackathons.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and synthesize feedback from the developer community to inform product and engineering teams, helping to shape product direction and improve the developer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align messaging, launch new features, and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Own Community: You’re in charge of community growth end-to-end: define and build experiments, measuring the impact, and decide what to scale
- Use your understanding of the customer to inform our decisions
- Collaborate with the Growth team to coordinate on marketing-related activities.
About you
- You’ve done this before at another company or have a really good track-record (we’ll ask for references or you’ll have to show us).
- Passionate, hands-on community manager. You are eager to get things done yourself and with the help of the team. You don’t give orders – you set the example.
